Requirement

  • Ideally a minimum 12 months commercial recruitment consultancy experience – all other sectors will be considered
  • A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels
  • A tenacious and pragmatic (profit focused) business acumen
  • An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Ability to meet expectations in a challenging and targeted environment


Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Commercial Temporaries or Permanent – Chester or Manchester Territories

  • Stockport or Chester based position covering existing and new client

  • Working alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant to identify new business opportunities

Requirement

  • A graduate caliber individual who can demonstrate a desire to become a successful Recruitment Consultant
  • To join us in the role of Trainee Temporaries Recruitment Consultant and be placed on a fast-track career plan to progress to Recruitment Consultant level within 12-18 months
  • A clear desire to build a career within the recruitment sector
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Good analytical abilities
  • Strong customer service/customer retention ethic

Recruitment Resourcer

Position

  • Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, sourcing candidates for temporary commercial roles
  • Developing relationships with candidates, both over the phone and face to face, carrying out registration interviews daily
  • Sending out interview confirmations, posting job advertisements on all the major jobsites and providing administrative support to the team
  • Effectively supporting Consultants throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirement

  • An exceptional customer service focus, substantiated by proven experience within an office environment
  • A clear desire to build a career within the recruitment sector
  • The ability to deal with people effectively at all levels and demonstrate strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Your own car is essential for the role in order to complete off-site interviews

Recruitment Advisors

An exciting opportunity for anyone who is seeking to begin a career in the recruitment or HR related sectors which provides a natural career progression ladder into Recruitment Consultancy, Account Management or HR/Careers Support.

Applicants for these roles should have a background in a quality customer service environment and will preferably have gained that experience in a contact centre or fast-moving customer facing role. Full training will be provided and experience in recruitment or HR related sectors is NOT required.

Key responsibilities

  • Process response from job applicants and then to assess their suitability for jobs based on the specifications provided by our customers
  • Perform telephone pre-screen to include; – telephone interviewing, face-to-face interviewing, skills assessments and aptitude testing
  • Advise candidates of best suited roles and put them forward for those roles accordingly

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Friendly and professional customer service ethic
  • Good administration skills including the ability to spell and use appropriate grammar (the ability to use MS Office products and experience with databases is essential)
  • Good analytical skills and a methodical approach to completion of tasks
  • The ability to multi-task and react to ever changing customer requirements
